Learn how to use the mtn mobile internet bundle on your pc or laptop

I don't want to beat about the bush on this. All you have to do is to get a bluetooth enabled phone and laptop. Once that is settled, the next thing is to know how to connect your phone with your system using bluetooth. [i know most of you who are vast on the system would be thinkin PC SUITE, am not going to be disputing that, but i can tell you from experience that when you 're using pc suite, its not advisable to use it for browsing, becos after some times, the system would stop connecting with the phone, esp those who are going to be using external bluetooth]. The one i prefer using is dial up number! Yes wow, i can hear that becos you know how scarce it is to get it. But am going to be giving you one free and this one works with any network.
NOTE> Am not interested in you sending things from laptop to phone or vice versa, all am interested in is how to browse with your with ur system through your phone, and that's what i would be teaching you just as the title implies. Now let me continue from where i paused. To connect your phone to your pc, follow this steps
> On the bluetooth on your phone and the one on your laptop [for those with in built bluetooth].
> On your system, goto control panel, open the icon 'bluetooth', tick on the "turn on discovery" and the "display icon" click apply then ok.
> Click on the bluetooth icon, click on add bluetooth device, a pop up comes out, tick on device ready to use and click next. It 'll search and discover your phone, click on your phone name, click next then click on let me choose passkey and about 4 digit numbers in the box, it'll ask for it on the phone also write it there then click next. That's all.
To browse with your phone on your pc, follow this steps
> Goto network connections, click on create new network connection. When a pop up pops out, tick dial up modem, click next, tick the connect to internet, click next and insert this settings in the next 3 steps
Isp name- Any desired name.
Phone number- *99***1#.
Username- internet.
Password- internet.
Tick the two boxes under password, click next. A pop up would come out on it, click dial. It will start dialing and later you'll see it write connected. Anytime you want to browse using that phone all you have to do is goto your network connections, you'll see the name of the dial up i.e your isp name.
The next step is to configure your browser, follow this steps
> Open your browser, am explain using using mozilla. After opening it, goto tools>options>advance>network>tick automatically detect network. Click ok. You're ready to go.
NOTE> This browser settings is for mtn data bundle and you must have first activated it. To activate one day, load #100 and send 104 to 131, to activate one week, load #400 and send 105 to 131, to activate one month, load #1000 and send 106 to 131.
